For over 14 years we have been an Australian-owned company based in Brisbane, and we’re on the hunt for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
- Full-time hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).
- No weekend shifts – enjoy your weekends off!

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our eCommerce business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Managing sales, order processing, and adjustments.
- Providing advice on products (no prior knowledge required – we’ll teach you!).
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.
- Assisting customers in-store when needed.
- Collaborating with suppliers to fulfil customer requests.
- Occasionally supporting the warehouse team with packing and dispatch during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories is a bonus, but not essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
