Description:

Overview:
The Firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group has a need for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its e-discovery team in Richmond, VA. The Paralegal is relied upon as a subject matter expert in e-discovery document review platforms (Relativity) and the document review process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting attorneys with large-scale document collection during discovery.
  • Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, i.e. Relativity.
  • Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on data using Excel, including creation of pivot tables.
  • Managing case files through document management systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience in document review software, such as Relativity, DISCO, Reveal, etc.
  • Technically proficient, specifically in working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly with document management.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
