REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in a related technical field preferred
• Flexibility to be on call, work nights and weekends
• Ability to work well with internal stakeholders and external contractors
• Familiar with OSHA Regulations (General Duty Clause, PSM, etc.) and NFPA 70E
• Must have 4+ years electrical/instrumentation experience in an industrial setting - DCS/PLC programming experience will be viewed as a strong plus
• High mechanical aptitude
• Desired to have experience with the controls of gas/oil fired boilers, vacuum systems and industrial chillers and other similar packaged equipment from vendors
• Proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email, and spreadsheets
• Demonstrated experience with Allen Bradley drives/PLCs, Honeywell Experion/controllers, Omron PLCs/controllers is a plus
• Chemical industry experience is considered a plus
