JOB ADVERT SUMMARY

The E-Learning Coordinator is responsible for the effective use of technology in learning and the related help systems and infrastructure that support a technologically rich learning environment, furthermore they are responsible for Implementing management instructions concerning e-learning training initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 (Matric) certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in training.
• Knowledge of information technology (IT) is a plus (computer skills)
• Bilingualism is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with food safety training is beneficial.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deadline driven.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle.

• Implement management instructions concerning e-learning training initiatives.
• Verify, upload, and update training materials on the e-learning platform.
• Promote ongoing improvement and alignment within the e-learning training system.
• Train, supervise, and assist staff with e-learning training and platform requirements.
• Manage the collection and effective handling of relevant e-learning data.
• Provide support to staff and learners for any technical issues related to the e-learning platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
