REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in motorcycle or bicycle mechanics, preferably with experience in electric vehicles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Knowledge of basic electronics and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Moped license and CBT.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled mechanic to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our fleet of e-mopeds and e-bikes, ensuring they’re always in top condition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vehicle Repair and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in e-mopeds, e-bikes and cargo bikes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as brake adjustments, tire replacements, and chain lubrication.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty components, including batteries, motors, and controllers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest electric vehicle technology and repair techniques.

Customer Service:

• Interact with customers at the repair desk to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage repair appointments efficiently.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of repair work and costs.
• Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
