Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Actuarial Pricing of 5+ years (Ideal in GI)
- Experience with Radar Base (or similar) of at least 2 years
- Ease in working with senior decision makers, and all levels of the organization, across functions
- Ability to take minimal direction and work independently with high precision/quality of output
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Pursuing or completed Actuarial designations
- Fluency in any regional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa, Tagalog is a plus
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lead a transformational team focused on developing and maintaining competitive pricing strategies across the range of insurance products offered by the company, supporting the expansion of business for Consumer segments with an efficient actuarial solution that has as pillars: reusability, flexibility, and scalability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of analysts by setting clear goals and meeting tight deadlines for different products across the region; this while maintaining consistency across Countries, Segments, Programs
- Collect rating models from the region and global offices to transform into Radar models that are reusable and scalable so that they can be readily applicable for new combinations
- Lead the implementation of Radar Live models into market facing platforms, allowing for efficient operability to deploy changes in rating structures
- Design KPIs and automated reports that allow to monitor the distinct programs and take decisions to be implemented for pricing
- Collaborate with Actuarial and Data Analytics team to set new rating algorithms and maintain their accuracy
