Mastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management.
Our Business Experimentation consultants advise executives on business decisions using Mastercard’s industry-leading predictive analytics SaaS platform, Test & Learn®. They work with customers to identify key priorities, then design and run business experiments to establish which ideas work and how to deploy them. Roles and Responsibilities

Client Impact

• Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
• Contribute to the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data science tools including Test & Learn®
• Collaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients’ needs, agenda, and risks
• Develop working relationship with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
• Provide analytical and technical subject matter guidance and drive client success through Test & Learn® adoption and competency

Team Collaboration & Culture

• Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients
• Independently identify issues in defined area of analysis using Test & Learn®, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings
• Lead internal meetings and client sessions, and contribute to project management
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital by consolidating lessons learned

Qualifications

Mandatory qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree with work experience in consulting, technology, or data science, or proven work experience related to data driven analysis
• Logical, structured thinking and affinity with numerical analysis
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven team player with ability to work with all levels in a collaborative set up
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
• Professional level English language capability
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs

Desirable qualifications

• Additional relevant data and analytics experience in data modeling and database management (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or time series analysis and segmentation
• Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions
• Relevant industry expertise
• Nice to have : Second language being Spanish and/or French and/or German and/or Italian
