Responsibilities:
As the Early Careers Program Manager, your role is critical in building Ausgrid’s future pipeline of professional talent to further enable our business strategy! You will be instrumental in shaping, executing and overseeing our early careers initiatives, with a specific focus on our Summer Internship and Engineering Graduate Program. Your role will encompass leading the development and execution of said programs, ensuring a smooth journey from attraction and recruitment, through to individual’s professional growth and further career mapping.
