We are currently seeking an Early Careers Recruiter based in either Madrid, Milan or Amsterdam to help us shape our distinctive Arup culture.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about shaping a future with purpose in the Talent Acquisition space. We also value:

• A Bachelor degree in a Human Resources related discipline.
• 3-4 years previous experience in (Early Careers) Recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive solution-focused approach to challenges.
• Passion for Employer Branding and University Outreach.
• Fluency in English (oral and written), additional language skills in Dutch, Spanish or Italian are an advantage.
