What role will you play?
You will be responsible for planning and managing high volume recruitment campaigns (both in person and virtually), organising and presenting at campaign events in our offices, on campus and at industry forums throughout the year.
You will effectively promote Macquarie’s employer brand and value proposition through advertising and social media campaigns, leveraging our new employer brand collateral to engage proactively with diverse talent.
You will demonstrate your ability to focus on process improvement, innovation and execution of new initiatives and thinking relating to talent acquisition.
You will partner with HR colleagues and business sponsors to evolve junior talent attraction strategies across the various business groups you’re aligned to, sharing your insights and building on relationships with university faculties, societies, and industry partners to promote the range of opportunities available at Macquarie.

What you offer

  • Demonstrated experience within high volume Early Careers (Campus) or Experienced level recruitment, ideally within the banking and financial services sector, or from a large multinational/corporate organisation
  • Strong track record working in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge, skills and experience facilitating successful recruitment initiatives and positive outcomes for hiring managers and candidates.Proven experience managing multiple priorities across large, varied campaigns demonstrating high level organisational, time management and collaboration skills.
