Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach

Salary: £41,997- £47,569 Depending on skills and experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Essential:
- Aircraft manufacturing or maintenance experience (electrical or mechanical)
- Skilled professional with a track record of occupational
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
Desirable:
- Pastoral support awareness
- A1 or TAQA
Responsibilities:
- Enact effective programme delivery that utilises a coaching and blended learning pedagogy to train, monitor, develop and assess apprentices against relevant qualification Standards/ frameworks in support of them attaining occupational competence
- Effective recording / reporting of performance data in support of delivery outstanding outcomes for learners
- The coaching and development of employees and learners through off-the job training courses, welfare support and careers guidance to aid their progression, attainment and transition into the business
- Embed modern learning practice such as skills competitions and problem based learning as an integral part of the learning and assessment programme
- Develop programme content and teaching, learning and assessment methodologies to meet individual learner and business needs
- Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes
- Effective stakeholder engagement to ensure practitioner skills and programme content is current and aligned to business needs
