The Role:
ERM is a fast-growing organization and as part of our ambitious growth plans, we’re re-imagining our approach to hiring the best in early talent. We’re looking for an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager to lead us on that transformation journey. Reporting into the Regional Talent Acquisition Director, this role will form part of the regional TA Leadership Team and will drive the development and execution of our strategy and programmatic delivery of early hiring talent across EMEA.
You’ll be a strategic thinker, able to shape and form the overall strategy and approach to early talent. As part of the TA team in a fast-growing organization, you’ll also be hands on with the programmatic implementation and delivery, working with stakeholders across our business - establishing requirements, and working on successful implementation of a best practice early talent mentality across the business.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and hire diverse early talent.
  • Strong collaboration with business leaders, to understand their people and business plans to enable hiring to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Manage relationships with student organizations, career services, and faculty to enhance employer brand presence on campuses.
  • Develop sourcing methods to identify and attract a diverse pool of early-career candidates.
  • Own the recruiting lifecycle ensuring a best in class candidate experience.
  • Partner with talent management and business leaders in developing and implementing onboarding and learning programs
  • Responsible for talent intelligence, advising on market trends and tailoring strategies to adapt.
  • Reporting on hiring activities, demonstrating the effectiveness of the function and using data to lead on decisions for change.
  • Be a champion for diversity and inclusion driving equitable hiring practices.

About you:

  • You will have a proven depth of experience in early talent hiring, specifically in building and developing programs within growth markets.
  • Strategic and data driven mindset with the ability to think critically and convey complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills; able to forge strong working relationships that translate into shared outcomes.
  • A research-based approach to recruitment. Demonstrated ability to leverage market data to tell stories and shape requirements.
  • Prior experience in technical, consulting and/or scientific related skills ideally in the environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy, STEM and/ or management consulting industry sector is beneficial but not essential.
