JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Childcare Providers to join our team in London, Ontario. As a Childcare Provider with Health Med Village, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children in various settings, including daycare centers, preschools, and private homes. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working with children in a professional setting.
– Current CPR and First Aid certification.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
– Ability to lift and assist children as needed.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
– Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and hygiene.
– Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play to promote their development.
– Provide emotional support and encouragement to children.
– Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress and any concerns.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children.
– Observe and document children’s behavior and development, and report any concerns to supervisors or parents.
– Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and interact.
– Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
