We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing quality education and care while promoting positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Early Childhood Educator Level 1,2,3
  • Criminal Record Check
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Basic Food Handling Certification
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement enriched programs aligned with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practices, and the daycare’s philosophy.
  • Guide, demonstrate, and encourage children’s activities throughout the day.
  • Take a leadership role in the classroom, ensuring excellent supervision and meaningful interactions with children at all times.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Observe and assess children’s development and progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Foster positive relationships with children through play-based learning activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and classroom activities.
  • Foster open communication and collaborate effectively with families, team members, and management.
  • Exercise sound judgment and initiative in identifying and addressing program deficiencies.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and commitment to the well-being of the children.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.
