    Based in the Dapto region, our client is a leading early childhood provider, delivering exceptional early years education and care to children aged 0-5. Due to rapid organisational growth, they currently have several exciting opportunities available for experienced Early Childhood Educators and Teachers to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Successful completion of a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or currently working towards a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
  • Well developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Experience in implementing and analysing learning programs, as well as tracking children’s progress and development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with the children, their families/carers and colleagues
  • A genuine passion for delivering quality learning and care to children in their formative year
