Description:
- Please note the role is casual and we are accepting candidates across Sydney, Melbourne & Perth. Casual contracts are a minimum of 8 hours per week.
- The start date for the role is 3rd of March (we also have another intake on the 31st of March).
- Candidates must be available for f u ll-time training from 3rd of March - 27th of March Monday to Friday 9am-5pm AEST , or 31st of March - 28th of April Monday to Friday 9am-5pm AEST for the later intake. During training, Wednesdays will be office based and the rest of the shifts can be completed from home.Shifts post training will have a requirement of one day in the office per fortnight, with the rest of shifts being from home.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully answer calls presented via an automated dialler system with the objective of achieving set RPCs and successful payment outcomes.
- Negotiation and approval of repayment arrangements suitable to mitigate continued or further delinquency
- Identification of customers experiencing financial difficulty that require a different payment treatment and providing them with relevant information.
- Utilise all key techniques in gaining commitment to make payment through following the Early Customer Engagement call Model
- Competence in the collections process on all arrears products.
- Perform manual searches of customers in arrears when required
- Display the Group’s core vision and valuesIdentifying and updating details to ensure accuracy of all Customer information.
