ABOUT US
Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to appoint two Early Help Practitioners for the MASH - Family Help Team in Oxfordshire. This newly established team, which follows a successful pilot, is dedicated to providing timely and appropriate help to children and families. The team works out of County Hall on Tuesdays and operates remotely for the remainder of the week.

As an Early Help Practitioner within MASH-Family, you will be part of a new and innovative team that provides holistic and comprehensive intervention to families across the county.
Responsibilities:
This role is grade 10, 37 hours a week, with a flexible working pattern to meet the needs of the service. The ability to travel around the Oxfordshire area is desirable but not essential. The role is primarily desk based with the majority of tasks being completed on your computer and phone. This position will involve completing “Strengths and Needs forms” to formulate robust community plans and recommendation intervention plans for our Family Help Teams across Oxfordshire.
