Description:
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Early Talent Learning Program Specialist to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: $28 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports the execution of initiatives and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Books travel for program participants
- Processes and tracks invoices/expenses
- Reviews and provides a prompt response to emails
- Administers reports that support the roll-out of the programs including but not limited to class lists, travel lists, etc.
- Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards
- Executes a wide range of tasks across various programs and collaborates closely with teams across CM HR
- Provides input to the program by analyzing current operations & challenges, researching best practices and understanding industry trends
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
- Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., customized exception reports, initiative tracking reports, etc.)
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones
- Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities
- Tracks exception requests and corresponding approvals
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- This is an ideal role for a new grad or early talent with 1 year of experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an asset
- Interest in event planning and/or learning design
- Program management skills
