Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Early Talent Learning Program Specialist to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Range: $28.08 to $31.97 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the execution of initiatives and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Books travel for program participants.
  • Processes and tracks invoices/expenses.
  • Reviews and provides a prompt response to emails.
  • Administers reports that support the roll-out of the programs including but not limited to class lists, travel lists, etc.
  • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Executes on a wide range of tasks across various programs and collaborates closely with teams across CM HR.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Promotes the early talent programs via social media while adhering to internal policies.
  • Provides input to the program by analyzing current operations & challenges, researching best practices and understanding industry trends.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
  • Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., customized exception reports, initiative tracking reports, etc.).
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
  • Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.
  • Tracks exception requests and corresponding approvals.
  • Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • This is an ideal role for a new grad or early talent with 1 year of experience, looking to launch their career in HR
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an asset
  • Interest in event planning and/or learning design
