The Position
Join the Complaint Operations team within the Global APQR and Complaint Operations division to gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience. You will be at the forefront of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and Complaint Management processes, ensuring the fidelity of existing procedures, the suitability of current specifications for Roche portfolio products, and the thorough investigation of post-market issues for medical devices.
As an Early Talent Program Associate, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, working cross-functionally to coordinate and enhance quality-related activities throughout the Complaint Operations ecosystem. Collaborate effectively with internal partners to drive excellence and maintain the highest standards in product quality and complaint resolution.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Location: Hybrid, Based in Mississauga, ON (most days in the office)
- Hours: full-time (35 hours per week)
- Length: This opportunity is a 2-year work term.
