DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

English and Maths 4-9 (A-C) or Functional skills equivalent

• Ensure that all children receive consistent and continual care in all aspects of their development by their key person.
• Provide an environment where children can feel safe and secure and also gain confidence in themselves and others.
• Ensure that the health and the well–being of the child are considered with utmost importance, and that individual caring

and development needs are met.

• Ensure parents are kept informed of all aspects of their child’s care and development.
• Ensure the implementation of all short- and medium-term plans.
• Ensure a smooth and positive setting process for all individual children when changing rooms and key person.
