Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our passionate and supportive Early Years Operations team as an Early Years Relief Administration Officer.
Reporting to the Manager of Early Years Operations (EYO), the Relief Administration Officer is primarily responsible for organising relief educators to cover for planned and unplanned leave requests through the Internal Database - Schrole. The role also supports other EYO administrative tasks as required.
The Relief Administration Officer is the primary contact between the Educators and Area Mangers at Early Years Services and is responsible for responding to daily relief requests and ensuring cover is obtained to support the running of kindergarten programs.

Please note that this role will primarily support the evening relief requirements for educators requiring cover. The hours of the role are as listed below:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday’s 5.30pm to 9.30pm

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check
  • a qualification in Administration would be beneficial but not essential
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some knowledge of rostering and timesheet programs would be advantageous
