Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
This exciting joint role hosted within the Joined Up Care Derbyshire Integrated Care System funded by the East Midlands Academic Health Science Network (EMAHSN) to lead on driving the adoption of innovation within the ICS. The role involves effective engagement and building collaboration with provider organisations, regional and national partner organisations.
The post holder will support a wide range of stakeholders across the ICS in the discovery, development, deployment, and sustainability of innovation and transformational programmes. The post holder will lead on a number of specific projects designed to enable improvements in clinical outcomes, deliver better patient experiences and drive down the cost of care through innovation.
This is a great opportunity to join a team who deliver transformational programmes of work in the context of provider collaboration within the developing integrated care system in Derby and Derbyshire.
This position is a regional role that will require some travel across the East Midlands, while the base is in Leicester the successful candidate will be supported to work remotely with a visible presence in Leicester only required once a month.
