Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the activities related to the identification, attraction, and selection of qualified candidates to meet the recruitment needs of internal and external clients of the organization. This person will be mainly in charge of managing roles of low and medium complexity (technical stack, location, contract model, and modality), however, if the need arises, he/she may be assigned roles of different difficulties and will have to provide support and guidance to Junior level specialists. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of the recruitment and selection cycle.
  • Knowledge of office automation tools.
  • Experience in competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Experience in negotiating job offers to achieve consensus between candidates and the needs of the organization.
  • Knowledge in the management of human talent search tools.
  • Knowledge in the use of Booleans to perform talent searches.
  • Knowledge in the handling of any Candidate Process Management System (ATS).
  • Knowledge in data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge in Market Research.
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter.

BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting profiles in the technology and software development sector.
  • English B2/C1.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the review of each assignment received and align the search strategy and process, in conjunction with the Placement hiring manager.
  • Implement and propose effective talent search and attraction strategies including job postings on specialized portals, social networks, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates to verify their level of fit with the offer and corporate culture, verify their level of English, and explain the recruitment process to ensure maximum possible clarity.
  • Schedule the candidate for an interview with human resources to verify their level of cultural fit and identify potential risks, making sure to provide appropriate documents for respective security checks.
  • Schedule the candidate for the required technical interviews taking into account the profile requirements, making sure to receive adequate technical feedback to ensure an optimal level of fit according to the client’s request.
  • Ensure that your candidates have the correct and updated information in the Candidate Process Management System (ATS) and the respective documentation at the time of submitting them to the Placement Management department.
  • Inform your candidates about the stages of the recruitment process, the progress of the recruitment process, and the resulting additional requirements.
  • Manage the negotiation process once your candidate has been approved by the client to achieve the agreement that allows their incorporation, likewise, you must inform the possible inconveniences that may arise during the negotiation to the parties involved in the process.
  • Carry out other activities as instructed by their leaders.
