Team Overview:
As a part of the Eater Engagement team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, providing insights and collaborating in building strategies that help us retain eaters, increase their order frequency and recall churned eaters, while ensuring that we comply with budget restrictions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out analyses to identify the best initiatives to increase user retention and frequency while monitoring efficacy and efficiency of the initiatives.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to determine the best promotional activities & campaigns for eaters and executing them.
  • Tracking and updatement of Eater Engagement metrics, detecting opportunities for improvement and coordinating with the Strategy & Planning team on monthly budget allocation and achievement of targets.
  • Identifying changes in budget allocation through thorough data analyses that allows us to enhance efficiency, leveraging on tools such as A/B testing and elasticity studies.
  • Forecasting expected impact of the different strategies in terms of cost and eater reach.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking (finance), Consumer Goods or Strategy & Operations in Startups, with a passion to drive changes.
  • Expert working knowledge of Excel is a must. Programming languages (Python, SQL, and R) are highly appreciated.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational habits.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to work independently and tackle problems from different angles.
  • Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
