Team Overview:
Being Eater Growth Operations Senior Analyst for DiDi Food Latam will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations.
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition strategies. You will leverage communications, marketing campaigns, data analysis, market insights, and operational expertise to identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to attract and retain customers. Your analytical insights and strategic recommendations will directly contribute to the success of our platform and drive sustainable growth. Role Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition programs through our different channels: referral campaigns, paid marketing, etc.
  • Identify target audiences and market segments based on analysis of customer data, demographics, and market research.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor operational and customer acquisition metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Track and measure the success of customer acquisition initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, providing timely and accurate insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and channels.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align on growth objectives and implement operational improvements.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering,or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, growth strategy, or customer acquisition analysis, preferably in management consulting or a fast paced tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Excel.
  • Solid understanding of operational metrics, customer acquisition strategies, and business KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Fluent English
