Eating Disorders Site Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a new Eating Disorders Site Manager for CNWL All Age Eating Disorder Service.
We have recently acquired an additional site, Health at Stowe, 260 Harrow Rd, W2 5ES. The post holder will be responsible for the Eating disorders Service at that site as well as our site at Roxborough Road, Harrow HA1 and Arc Day Programme, Kensington and Chelsea, SW10.
Establish and maintain a vision for key estates in the Eating Disorder service that ensures it constantly improves and develops to meet the needs of patients and staff through ensuring quality provision of reception services, estates, overseeing capital developments, fire and workplace risk assessments, business continuity plans, regular monitoring and review schedules including by liaising with our internal and external stakeholders.

The post holder is to provide strategic and operational management for all aspects of site management within the buildings managed by the SSM. This includes:
Produce and implement site management systems, including operational and safety procedures.
Monitor standards of service delivery for compliance - ranging from statutory and contractual requirements and service provision.
Lead locally on environment and safety inspections and risk assessments
