POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for ongoing customer support in the Home Health Administration (HHA) segment. Key responsibilities include the establishment of HHA program parameters including item formulary, creation of order rules, trunk bin order establishment, and insurance set up in accordance with customer requirements and McKesson program offering. Additional responsibilities include ordering and maintaining trunk stock, daily task tracking, and responsiveness to customer requests.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
CRITICAL SKILLS:
- Strong intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities with varying deadlines
- Proven successful in providing efficient and accurate deliverables within service level agreements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with the customer and cross functional internal teams
- Proven successful in seeking solutions at the root level of problems
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Prior healthcare experience strongly preferred
- JDE experience
- Analytical skills (VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE)
- Task Management experience preferred
- Organizational planning skills
- Experience working in a high energy / fast paced sales support environment
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 4-year degree preferred

Responsibilities:
- Daily support for Home Health Administration customers
- Coordination with internal work streams to meet customer support requirements
- On-going support of HHA program guidelines in accordance with customer needs
- Actively participate in departmental assigned projects
