Job Description
We are seeking an EC SuccessFactors Consultant to join our highly motivated and engaged international team. As an SAP HR expert, you will play a crucial role in the business interface with the HR user department.

EDUCATION:

• Studies focused on business informatics, computer science, or comparable education.

EXPERIENCE:

• Specialist in Employee Central SuccessFactors.
• Experience and knowledge in Hybrid Architectures.

KNOW-HOW:

• Knowledge in SF cross models and platform.
• Comprehensive understanding of E2E solutions in HR IT.
• Basic project management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Serve as an IT expert for SAP HR areas.
• Act as an EC SuccessFactors Specialist.
• Provide consultancy and direct support to HR users.
• Coordinate support topics directly with the vendor.
• Configure SuccessFactors EC based on projects, changes, or third-level support incidents.
• Offer comprehensive E2E solution knowledge for IT solutions, services, and products in HR.
• Apply basic project management knowledge.
• Utilize agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with regional solutions teams.
