Here at Bumblebees and Buttercups the future is bright. We have a beautiful, purpose built Childcare and Learning Centre currently under construction on a picturesque site in Lockerbie Estate, Morrinsville.
Job Description
The role will involve working closely with the owners and helping to navigate the business through its next stages. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the Centre and ensuring best practice across all areas of the business, including staff management, curriculum, compliance, policies and procedures. You will also be leading a growing team of teachers across three rooms, ensuring the centre delivers the highest quality of education and care.

  • Be an accomplished leader with a collaborative style and the ability to encourage staff to support organisational goals
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills and you will build strong connections with the children, parents, caregivers, whānau and the wider community
  • Have a sound understanding of ministry requirements and a real desire to make a difference to children in their early years
