We are looking for the E-commerce Product Content Manager who will be responsible for the content available for our Partners around the world via What Fix (digital adoption tool) and Knowledge Base (confluence, help juice or other). In this position, you are responsible for the E-commerce product features documentation and feature releases announcements (internal & external) working closely with the product and development team to follow platform changes sprint after sprint. You will build automated platform guides and maintain them as the product grows.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create and maintain articles in Confluence, Help juice or another knowledge base tool
• Create and maintain content in What Fix: on-screen guidance flows,
• You will own the What Fix tool for E-Commerce platforms: you will create content (beacons, flows, smart tips), lead the project to integrate What Fix and knowledge base to make most of automation possibilities and increase the Web Shop platform usage.
• You keep yourself updated about any platform changes to make sure that content is always up to date and ready with new features launch.
• You will own Release Notes process
• Cooperate with teams across Europe to plan new content for What Fix.
• You will create content in English
• Ideally, you will also translate content to German and/or French. If these languages are not part of your skillset, you will be co-operating with external translators to keep content up to date with all three languages.
