eCommerce Administrator - Ashbourne

Now is an exciting time to join our eCommerce team and grow your eCommerce experience.
Based in our Support Office in Ashbourne you will report directly into the eCommerce Manager.

Responsibilities:-

  • Providing customer service across our support channels
  • Continuously improve product mix and recommendations on the site
  • Processing and following up on all content required for our website
  • Ensuring content is processed accurately, in a timely manner and is consistent with Choice branding
  • Ensuring all content follows SEO best practice
  • Maintain a high standard of quality assurance across product listing pages, ensuring accurate product categorisation and refinement filters
  • Support initiatives to enhance conversion rates and average order value through strategic online merchandising, cross-selling, upselling and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor the customer journey to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing admin support to the Buying teams
  • Liaising with suppliers to gather product details and content, and reviewing this content to be added to our website
  • Collaborate internally with our buyers, web, and marketing teams to ensure our products are being displayed to a high corporate standard
  • Assist marketing with planning and creating content for our social media channels
  • Oversee and assist in stock transfers between various Company locations
  • Working with our fulfillment team to ensure that our online orders are picked and packed in a timely and efficient mannerAny other duties that may be assigned to you by your Line Manager

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 years eCommerce experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Discreet, professional and with excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Shopify knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
