We are looking for an experienced, collaborative and strategic Ecommerce & Digital Manager and to join WatchHouse.
In short: The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager responsible for leading and growing WatchHouse’s online presence and sales. The role combines technical expertise and creativity to optimise our e-commerce channel, enhance digital customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. Combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, the ideal person will work well in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with senior stakeholders.
Directly reports to (Line Manager): Brand & Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website management (Shopify), digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, affiliate), CRM, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, affiliate, app) that align with brand values and focus on driving traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.
- Plan and execute CRM marketing campaigns and automations, focusing on lead nurturing and engagement with existing customers.
- Oversee the WatchHouse app to ensure optimal design, functionality, and performance.
- Manage and optimise customer data, including segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Implement SEO strategies and manage affiliate marketing programs to increase visibility and revenue.
- Coordinate third-party agencies and partners, such as developers and performance marketing teams, ensuring effective collaboration and outcomes.
- Identify and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Analyse data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and report on key metrics.
KEY TO THIS ROLE:
- Proven success (4+ years) in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- A passion for luxury e-commerce and showcasing brands in a digital environment.
- Experience within CRM and an understanding of marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Recharge and Klaviyo preferred.
- A solid understanding of tech stacks, platforms and integrations.
