Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma and 1-2 years’ experience working in a Help Desk or Application Support environment that requires unscripted trouble shooting responses.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Clear professional communication skills interpersonal, written and verbal.
  • Intermediate analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience providing day-to-day EDI support (reprocessing files, modifying X12 or flat files, documenting/training, notifying teammates when there are data quality or mapping issues, etc.)
  • Understanding EDI concepts including transaction set structure, standards compliance, and communication concepts is a plus.

Experience with EDI translator is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of AS2, SFTP, and other communications protocols is a plus.
  • Familiarity with different marketplaces such as Ariba, Jaggaer, Hubwoo, Coupa, GHX is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage B2B support issues/requests received by troubleshooting errors impacting systems, prioritize and execute tasks to severity levels, communicate updates, and provide professional, timely escalations.
  • Monitor mainframe and server queues for errors and issues.
  • Analyze, correct, and reprocess invalid XML and EDI data for failed transactions, as needed.
  • Perform audits throughout the day for key customer accounts.
  • Assist eProcurement team with setting up new B2B customers within various in-house systems.
  • Create SOPs for tasks performed by this position, as needed.
  • Perform basic mapping changes, as needed.
