ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SUPPORT - LATAM

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in multiple e-commerce brands. Their mission is to provide exceptional order fulfillment for their customers.
They are looking for a Contract Customer Service and Sales Support to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon, eCommerce, and Shopify, as well as 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Answer questions about products and services
  • Process orders and refunds
  • Track orders and provide shipping updates
  • Work with other team members to improve customer service

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in e-commerce customer service and sales support
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Faire, Shopify, and Magento.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
