As an eCommerce Trading Lead for the Self Selection Cosmetics category, you will be part of the wider Beauty eCommerce trading team, responsible for day-to-day trade of our exciting, fast-paced Cosmetics category and how our incredible brands show up on boots.com, to achieve stretching growth targets.

About the opportunity

  • Responsible for the day-to-day trading and how the SSC category shows up across Boots.com, contributing to total Boots.com revenue & profit growth and market share goals
  • Be seen as the digital expert in your category, holding a clear understanding of the drivers for the category and the Cosmetics market, with insight about how to improve conversion and increase customer acquisition
  • Delivery of new product launches, salesplan, online trade plan and managing the digital plan for your brands and category.
  • Managing multiple all partners to ensure the category is appropriately supported
  • Supporting development projects and process improvements, ensuring that ecommerce trading and customer requirements are captured.
  • Responsible for legal and safe trade of own categories online and delivery of KPIs
