Description:

SKILLS, KNOW HOW AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, eCommerce/Digital Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 5/6 years of eCommerce experience managing in house B2C and/or marketplace platform (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok etc)
  • Key account management working experience in Marketplace platform is preferred.
  • Familiar in health supplement industry is bonus.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills. Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills. Good time-management skills.
  • Good command of English - both speaking and writing.
  • Meticulous and committed with good time management.
  • Strong initiative and management skills.
  • High interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
  • Great analytical thinking and presentation skills.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Traveling to overseas offices is required if needed (3-4 times a year).

Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. E-Commerce Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end e-commerce strategy tailored to each country’s unique market requirements.
  • Define key performance metrics for revenue, growth, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Drive traffic and increase conversion rates on e-commerce platforms via marketplace partners (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, and others).
  1. Platform & Partner Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce marketplace partners to ensure optimal product visibility and exclusive promotions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and joint business planning with e-commerce platforms to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of our brand across e-commerce platforms, including search ranking, page views, and product reviews.
  1. Digital Marketing & Content Management:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, and paid ads.
  • Ensure all e-commerce content (product pages, banners, ads) aligns with brand standards and is optimized for maximum engagement.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize the product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze and report on sales performance, customer behavior, and other KPIs to track effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within each market to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, ROI, e-commerce KPIs and competitors activity to senior management.
  1. Finance & Budgeting
  • Financial able to track and monitor e-commerce relevant spending and promotion budget, recommend product pricing analysis and help out in budget planning process and budget reviews.
  • Management of promotion budgets within agreed targets and align with enabler advertising activities if needed.
  1. Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
  • Work with supply chain and distributor teams to ensure proper inventory levels and demand planning forecast for each market, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with distributor team to improve order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with local sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including regional E commerce, finance, and distributors, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
