Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in an Ecommerce role.
  • Education: 3rd Level Degree in Business Administration/Marketing Ecommerce or Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Web Analytics, Ecommerce/CRM technologies, and CMS. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and Paid Social.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is essential.
  • Attitude: Positive work attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Applicants must possess valid authorisation to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with the management team to craft and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies.
  • Website Oversight: Direct the design and development of our websites, ensuring a top-notch user experience and functionality.
  • SEO and Mobile Focus: Implement SEO strategies and optimise mobile ecommerce to enhance online visibility and ensure a seamless mobile shopping experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Partner Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with business partners and marketplace platforms to enhance ecommerce capabilities.
  • Gleneagle INEC Arena Coordination: Oversee product offerings and promotions for the Arena, focusing on direct-to-consumer channels for music artists, festivals, and events.
  • Performance Metrics: Drive key online performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and revenue through targeted strategies.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support the Commercial Director in evolving ecommerce strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to execute content calendars for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and key dates.
