Responsibilities:

The primary focus of the E-commerce Manager is to optimising the online customer experience and driving revenue growth through effective management of YOTEL’s website and digital marketing initiatives. This role encompasses website management, reporting and analytics, SEO, CRO, UX, and project management, while also supporting CRM and PPC functions.

Key roles and responsibilities (not an exhaustive list):

  • Website management – overseeing the daily operations of the YOTEL website.
  • Analytics and reports – analysing website performance metrics and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Technical Assistance & Integration Management – liaise between ecommerce team and over see Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Work with YOTEL’s SEO agency to implement best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to website.
  • Conversation Rate Optimisation (CRO) – develop and execute A/B testing and other methodologies to improve conversation rates across all customer touchpoints.
  • User Experience (UX).
  • Digital Marketing collaboration.
  • Project management – lead cross-functional projects where required.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance in relation to all digital activities at YOTEL.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on YOTEL’s digital strategy.
