SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• eCommerce & SEO Knowledge: Experience in eCommerce, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus. • Technical Skills: Basic HTML coding and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. • Creative & Analytical: A balanced approach to problem-solving and data analysis. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Education: Marketing degree or CIM qualification is desirable.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Website Administration: Manage customer websites and widgets through their lifecycle. • Customer & Internal Communication: Address queries, updates, and change requests. • Reporting: Provide weekly updates on website performance and new applications. • Content Management: Regularly update website content and manage order issues. • Promotional Coordination: Implement promotional activities as per the calendar. • Trend Awareness: Keep up with eCommerce trends and suggest improvements. • Event Support & Admin: Assist in event planning and manage communications.
