Responsibilities:
Product Merchandising
- Own all day-to-day website merchandising, including product publishing, catalogue management and presentation, on saje.com and .ca to create a frictionless website and customer experience
- Strategically merchandise the website utilizing data and AI-based tools to maximize conversion and bring to life brand objectives
- Maintain and optimize the core shopping journey, including management of search, navigation, product reviews and browse experiences
- Develop and execute product storytelling and education strategies, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points, across the website
- Partner closely with product, allocations, and creative teams to launch new products and manage inventory (including out-of-stock and back-in-stock experiences), ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and optimized product pages
- Monitor and analyze merchandising performance and support with weekly product performance reports
Content, Campaigns & Promotions
- Create, maintain and manage all creative requests for campaigns and promotions
- Maintain evergreen operational and educational content and experiences
- Set up, test and execute promotions and sale events
- Create and maintain promotion codes in partnership with cross-functional partners in CX, Digital, Marketing and Retail
- Execute, optimize and report on content, campaigns and promotions
SEO Optimization
- Support with SEO updates to onsite content, redirects
- Partner with Copywriters, SEO Agency and Digital Product team to ensure website is optimized for SEO
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and content, to improve organic search performance
