Ecommerce Operations Associate

• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
• Maintain the content of the company website through product photography, uploads and pricing
• Attend to customer enquiries and administrative matters
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on key operational KPIs
• Manage stocks, showroom display and store & office supplies
• Assist in offline events such as pop up events and other marketing and PR initiatives
• Handle other ad-hoc projects whenever necessary

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

• Prior experience with e-commerce, retail operations and/or logistics a plus
• Interest in technology, fashion, e-commerce, and/or sustainability
• Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture
• Enthusiasm for creating efficient processes and solving problems
• Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, hands-on with organisation skills
• Fluent in English
