Responsibilities:

Based in Tauranga, you’ll be responsible for managing the implementation and rollout of eCommerce initiatives, ensuring successful integration of new eCommerce platforms and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with various cross-functional teams, you’ll provide training and coaching to store teams to drive the continuous improvement of our fulfilment process, focusing on best practice using Order Management, picking systems, ranging and compliance.

Key tasks include:

  • Leading the implementation and rollout of eCommerce platforms and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Identifying business opportunities, developing partnerships, and implementing strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
  • Regularly visit store sites to ensure best practice is being implemented, identify all operational and customer experience opportunities for improvement, as well as growing the capability of the eCommerce store teams.
  • Manage project schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Establish and train roll outs of any process changes/business direction or improvement of eCommerce and support/provide feedback on any proof of concepts or pilots.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ecommerce platforms to identify and resolve any technical issues or performance bottlenecks.
