Ecommerce Sales Assistant

We are looking for Ecommerce Sales Assistant to support our Sales Manager and Sales Team in administering ecommerce and sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum with 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce platform, such as Lazada or Shopee.
• Ambitious and willing to take on challenges.
• Wiliness to go that extra mile for colleagues and customers.
• Pro-active and self-motivated.
• Comfortable in face-to-face interactions.
• Teamwork, organizational skills, resourcefulness, initiative and good follow-up skills
• Must enjoy working with hardware gadgets and software setups.
• Knowledge in Engineering and Technology is an advantage
• Possess at least ITE Nitec, SPM or higher

• Assist the sales manager in administration work, such as preparing quotations, tax invoices, delivery orders, and more.
• Coordinate delivery services for local and overseas customers.
• Demonstrate strong communication skill.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage e-commerce accounts (Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, and eezee).
• Learning the intricacies of the business, understanding customers’ needs.
