Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to be stationed at the Logicom Distribution offices in UAE. The role requires the successful candidate to generate and update website content, build traffic & sales via the eCommerce platform, plan, define and implement eCommerce changes and functional improvements and maintain and update the online marketing plan for the platform.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Administration, Commerce and other related fields.
- At least 2 years of previous experience on eCommerce Sales.
- At least 2 years of previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS.
- Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites.
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an eCommerce context.
- Experience using packages like Microsoft Office Suite.
- Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies.
- Familiar with data management.
- Excellent knowledge of professional English.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating the Logicom eCommerce platform in UAE &
- Targeting and solving the web issues for Product Managers (PM) and Partners by coordinating with the Web developers.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Account Managers to drive sales through the eCommerce.
- Collaborating with the Sales/Marketing functions to promote the web.
- Managing the ERP Navision and keeping it updated for UAE & Gulf
- Providing training Internally to PMs and externally to partners.
- Opening Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
- Following up with Marketing Teams for the Marketing Promotions.
- Following up with customers solving issues and driving sales through the eCommerce.
- Implementing new ERP features on the web with the collaboration of the Web Developers.
- Achieving Yearly Target numbers.
- Answering and investigating in all new inquiries related to the web.
