Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for eCommerce? We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Technical Coordinator to join our eCommerce team!
In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our online operations, ensuring our eCommerce websites performs flawlessly and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

• Platform Performance: Conduct regular audits and “walk-the-store” functions to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring our digital platform operates smoothly.
• Testing and QA: Own the testing and quality assurance process for our development pipeline, including end-to-end testing for large project deployments and releases.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with product, site development, operations, fulfillment, and reporting teams to provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting.
• Customer Experience: Drive continuous improvements to enhance our online customer journey, identifying innovative ways to stay ahead of competitors.
