Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Economic Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sustainable economic growth and supporting businesses in regional NSW. Your role involves identifying and delivering services to businesses to enable them to expand their contribution to sustainable, high quality economic growth in NSW. The role will also support the delivery of the NSW Sustainable Communities Program (SCP) under the Murray Darling Basin Plan.
By building strong partnerships with government agencies, local councils, and key stakeholders, you will develop and implement initiatives that align with the Government’s priorities, fostering growth in industries critical to regional prosperity. Additionally, you will prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and correspondence to ensure the effective delivery of impactful strategies, while providing insights and feedback on the delivery of the program.
