Job Description

  • Analyze economic data and trends to provide insights and forecasts
  • Conduct research and analyze data using mathematical models, statistical techniques, and software
  • Present research results in reports, tables, and charts
  • Interpret findings to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor market conditions and economic indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on economic issues and their impact on the company
  • Continuously improve economic analysis methodologies and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Keep abreast of industry developments

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in economics/finance
  • 5-7 years’ experience in economic analysis, forecasting, and research
  • Experience in energy space is highly appreciated
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis software
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Econometric software, and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of economic theories, principles, and methodologies
  • Highly analytical individual with strong quantitative skills and a passion for economics
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
