Description:
Responsibilities:
- A passion for supporting EDI and Wellbeing initiatives together with an understanding of how they contribute to supporting organisational effectiveness.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with ability to manage competing demands.
- Commitment to and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion issues within a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Experience of identifying and using a range of sources to produces reports that combine different types of data. Ability to analyse and present basic data for reporting.
- Proven success in working with cross-functional teams i.e. Learning and Development, Policy etc.
- Experience of evaluating training programmes which evidenced making a tangible difference to the organisation
