JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The GE Aerospace Defense and Systems “Edison Engineering Development Programme” (EEDP) is an IET-Accredited Rotational Graduate Scheme for people with passion for technology, dedication to technical excellence and a connection to GE’s core values. The program is designed to accelerate your professional development through technical and leadership training, while working on a variety of Aerospace Systems projects with responsibility for business-critical priorities.
This 2-year graduate programme will provide three rotations working at the GE Aerospace facilities in Warsaw, Poland and Cheltenham, UK leading to a off programme position in Warsaw, Poland.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum 2:1 Accredited Bachelor’s, or a Master’s, Engineering Degree in Systems or Software (or similar)
- An Engineering Placement, Internship or Work experience in an Aerospace (or other similarly controlled) environment
- Experience working in an Engineering Team
- An analytic, collaborative approach to problem solving
- Dedication to a career in technology and a real passion for Engineering
- An understanding of the GE Aerospace Defense and Systems business and our products
- A strong commitment to Continued Professional Development
- Flexibility to be based in the following locations:
- GE EDC Warsaw, Poland: July – December 2025 (with 5 weeks Cheltenham, UK Training during this period)
- GE Aerospace Cheltenham, UK: January – December 2026
- GE EDC Warsaw, Poland: January 2027 onwards
